After Erac I went to Monster twice. Both time found great jobs...This one now has been a god send. Monster gives you the credibility to know who you are sending your resume to. Don't post your resume, rather pick and chose who you want to interview with. MONSTER is the best. At 120k a year, I can't complain. By the way the 10 year ERAC experience helped bigtime in my closing the deal. I guess ERAC wasn't all that bad.
