It wouldn't have anything to do with Mack being black, would it? African Americans in the Erac system in Pennsylvania are a rareity. That is why Mack can do whatever he wants....erac is looking at the bigger ppicture of affirmative action lawsuits if the ratios are out of whack, which they are, so Mack is a "made" man. Dont count on that in Pa. if you are caucasian.
