reality check= Wouldn't a recruiter prefer that the people they talk to know something about the company before taking the time to speak with them?
NO.......that's why I have a phone number, I decide if your going to be a fit or not after I'm done talking to you. I would never get flooded with voice mails because I answer all calls, it's my personal cell phone......I piece of paper has little attitude and personality, a real person on the other line is real......I hear someone needs advice in GP44 car sales...go help them.
