Hertz I was offered the position of MT by Hertz earlier during the week and accepted it. It starts on the 28th of this month. First 30 days is mostly a classroom-style setting... after that, we each get placed in a branch within the area. What are some of the things I can expect, good and bad? The city manager (seems like a nice guy) who I spoke to during the final interview told me he likes to keep his employees under 50 hours/week. I don't mind working more than that since a huge chunk of my check will come from OT. Additionally, once I come off the training mode, will I still be hourly and salaried? If the latter, what is the base? I never worked for ERAC or any other rental company, if it matters. Thanks. |
