That whole group is so far behind. The group is run by idiots and they continue to promote idiots. This group only promotes people who are Enterprise clones, only those truly bought in, who never have a thought of their own, and if they do never express it. Two months after I transfered into this group my area manager had yet to have a one on one conversation with me. This idiot really needs to learn that you get the most information about your branch by talking to the new guy, not the incompetent branch manager who will do everything to cover her ass, including taking no responsiblity and blaming everything on her MT's.
