Don’t feel lonely. This sounds and reads just like my experience in Phoenix, AZ. I called the CEO the same date I returned the car and got a credit on my credit card. I think Enterprise Rent-a-car is a fly-by-night company. There don't care about your next rental. They just wanted to make as much money as they can on your first rental and do not want you come back. I am renting cars from Avis and Hertz now since they are in the same market that Enterprise build it reputation on.
