it can look impressive if you MAKE it. I don't care if you were a MT, lie and say you were Marketing Manager or something....if a new job calls ERAC and ask, all they can say is the dates that you work, not the position. I was a 3 year asst mgr, but i put down i was regional and got a $95k/yr job. My employer doesn't even know the better and ERAC has to shut the F up about me screwing up.
