Then the area managers that you worked with are worthless. Look at the statements and apply the commission percentage. If you saw ones that made 60K then they couldn't have been profitable at all. And if they did make that much, then they are fools to be still working for ERAC. One, too much responsiblity to only make that, and two, they aren't any good if thats all the profit they can generate. There are several branch managers that make 60 plus, so do your area manager a favor and tell them to quit if managers are making more then them. Then, those that have a love for washing rigs like myself can get some free promotions. If you don't like the job and/or you suck at it, then please get out of our way!!!!
