Words of advice. . .We need to stick together, and if you lose faith in yourself, then you lost faith in the company, which in turn will lose faith in you. Keep positive, it was hard for me and is still a struggle sometimes, but I know what this company has to offer me. I have more than just a job, I have a career. All of these erac haters brag about their big checks, but just how long do you think that it will last? For all employees who are frustrated and need to vent out, please don't make this your only outsource. Management is there to help you and will be open ears to your concerns. We've all been there and we all know what it is like to be in your shoes. We are all here for one reason, and that is to bring financial success to our lives. It is theres for the taking. . .how much do you want it?

boy are you brainwashed....or a brain washer. The further I got in the company the more I saw the BS. I could hack it...I was hacking it....I chose not to hack it anymore. You should have those constant bouts of losing faith and struggling with the company. It's not normal. When that becomes a regular occurrence it's time to bow out. I doubt this site is made up of mostly MTs. MT don't really get to the point where they see the garbage from the group and corporate level. No sir, I think this site is mostly Asst. Managers and Branch Managers. One thing seems definite, I don't see one person on here thinking they never should have left Enterprise. I think everoyne that left is better off. And I'm sure you'll say the company is better off without us. If that helps you get out of bed in the morning and into your branch, then go right ahead and think that. I'm not here to spread negativity around...I only speak the truth...it's out there for anyone who wants to read it. Fact is, my wife is at a very busy time of year for her profession and I just have too much time on my hands not working those long ERAC hours anymore with a long commute into the city. I won't knock your ERAC enthusiasm...god love you for it. The rest of us certainly couldn't see what you see anymore and knew to get out.
