He guys at a real company management dose not have to spend all its time convincing people to stay with the company. Have you ever stopped and looked at an area manger. How many of them look happy or have lives that you aspire to mimic. Every day I go to work and look at my area manger and think Jesus this is what the good life looks like? For god sake most of car preps seem happier and better adjusted than them. The best part is I bust my ass for like 5 years then I get to work in great locations like Kent, Renton, the Rainer Valley, oh yeah lets not forget Puyallup. Half the people that work for me are going to quit and the other half that stay are slezzy sons of bitches that would sell there grandmothers for a chance at elite. Fuck it I quit!
