Honest to goodness, management is a complete joke over there. I am so glad I quit. I cannot believe that one of the worst area managers ever got promoted to be a city manager. It is really true that the most inept get the furthest in that company. I hear HR is having to answer to the RVP because they can't keep the branches staffed. I do not miss that place at all.
