Update from the original poster.

With my paycheck coming on 10/31 (paid twice a month) I am now at about 37,800 year to date.

With 4 more paychecks coming plus a little OT I should minimum hit $43,500. That is if I do not hit any more bonuses. And I can make 3500 a month w/ those.

One word to the wise is they are not giving the starting salaries they gave when I started. They now give a lower base b/c of the better bonuses. When I first started the bonuses were quarterly, smaller and a lot harder to hit. Of course they changed it to the current structure A week after I started!!! Lucked out!!

Now you would probably start somewhere near a 30k base plus potential for 2500-3500/mo bonuses- I am at about a 33k base w/ a raise probably coming end of year. But hey this "base" is a 40 hr work week w/ no OT!!

PS. of my earning thus far this year- 10k= bonuses and only 1k is overtime. That 10k OT is all earned 2nd half of the year as I was in training/learning the ropes for first half of the year. Next year I would expect to make 50-55K minimum.

As you can see, if I did a crap load of OT like you do at Enterprise I would make a lot more money. Monday-Friday no weekends, no OT if I do not want to. Not greatest job but possible alternative to Enterprise for someone straight out of school like I was.
