32DD has been going down the shitter ever since the last RVP left. He was a great manager, leader, motivator, and most importantly, a great friend. This new sorry excuse for a ERAC employee (current RVP) has lost soo many great employees. From MT's all the way up to Regional Mgrs. He is a real piece of shit!!! All of group 32 talks about how great DD once was and what a train wreck it has become. What I don't understand is WHY THE F*** IS HE STILL THERE???
