Default Working Time Directive
Whilst everyone is moaning about the hours they work, does this apply just to BM and AM or everyone from drivers up...Surely if a car needs picking up @ 7pm the business closes @ 6 therefore it's either returned b4 6pm or charged for another days hire?.

And do ERAC make you opt out of the working time directive in order to work more than 45 hrs wk?
