In all seriousness though, I never knew Tom from GP57 when he was the GM. But most of the people that were around for a while said that everything started turning to shit when Michelle Bosch came in and at least you knew where you stood with Tom. Again, this was what I heard, I was not aorund to experience Tom's management style. |
I think TT is a great leader, and in the time I was with in group 50, I never heard anyone say anything bad about the guy. Group 50 was losing money when he came in and he has turned that around big time. He is more of a "regular guy" than most of the people in upper management you will meet at ERAC, or at any other company for that matter, but then again he does make $2 million+ per year, so that would probably relax me quite a bit as well. I see him leaving ERAC in the next couple of years to run a Fortune 500 company, which I think he can and should do.
