Thank you for your answer. Not much is different here in the US. We have tons of different ins co's we deal with. If someone called at 5:59, I would make something up about why we didn't have a car available. I would maybe act confused and the phone might accidentally hang up on them. When they call back, they would get the voicemail. If this scenario ever got back to anyone, I would deny the whole thing or invent a version of the story where the customer sounds crazier and I sound like a saint.
