Mindy hasn't really face anything difficult in C1 yet, so it's really hard to tell if she's really a leader. In other words, it's so easy to look good when things are easy. Just wait until the usual market forces come to bear and slow things down in C1. Then we'll see what she's got. Frankly, I don't think she has much upstairs and neither do most of her underlings. The smart few will bail for greener pastures once things get harder in C1.
