well for now it works like this.

RBC calls the tow truck driver Maurizio and he calls the branches which are responsible to do this deal. We get the information and call the customer and set a time to meet them at their house. Deliver a car and then back. Dont give a shit what customer says 34.28 is the RBC rate and they get a Standard size no exceptions. No free fuel either. I dont know about other peope but this is the way i deal with RBC's shitty customers
