Last I checked his results are embarrassing. His ESQI hasn't moved more than a point ( his growth is marginal at best and is low compared to the population growth down there and I talked to someone in the region down there who said his retention is in the 40's. Way to support the mission statement. If you truly care about this company take your head out of your ass and look at the results and learn what not to do. Maybe there's hope for you yet. As for my own performance I'm doing very nicely indeed, and dead last is a long way away.
