Doesn't the employee have to stay for some period before the full bonus is paid? I'll bet these recruiters go to bed every night praying "Please, God, don't let my recruits find out about
www.FailingEnterprise.com. I really need the money".
I keep hoping recruiters are going to be the ones pushing back on upper management, begging them to fix the problems at Enterprise so that Failing Enterprise will shut down and they can go back to making money.
I'll bet the lunch room conversations go like this:
Recruiter #1: I got so fucking robbed today on that hot recruit I was interviewing!
Recruiter #2: What happened? Wasn't she like sorority president and really wanted to bleed green?
Recruiter #1: Ya! I thought she was totally in the bag and I couldn't wait for my friends in the branches to start calling me and thanking me for hiring her because she was so fucking hot!
Recruiter #2: Uh, oh, she didn't say the...
Recruiter #1: Fuck! She totally said it. At the end of the second interview, she gets this sort of pained look on her face and I thought she was totally going to try to ask me out or something which would have been excellent because I haven't played hide the salami in like three months and then she says, in this really quiet voice, "Uh, I was looking around on the web to try to find out more about Enterprise..." and I knew right then it was totally over!
Recruiter #2: Oh, man, I got nailed by that twice last month. That fucking guy in San Francisco with his "free speech" web site. What an asshat!
Recruiter #1: Ya, what's up with that guy? I mean, who peed in his corn flakes? So he got fucked over by his branch a few times, does that mean we have to suffer for it?
Recruiter #2: I fucking hate that guy! Yeah, he's from San Francisco, he must be a fag because I heard they're all fags out there!
Recruiter #1: Yeah, but have you every looked at the site? It's pretty goddammed funny! I love the way Enterprise employees keep shitting on the company...
