ERAC in Tampa is the worst. We ripped off insurance companies and car dealerships. The GM contract was the greatest. We would have the customer return to the branch. We would bill the GM dealership for an SUV but put the customer in a Cav. Most of the time it was a non GM vehicle too. Contract stated it had to be a GM product. Sure you would have a double rent but most of the rentals would be only a day. We were able to get double incomeon an SUV. The insurance scams this group pulled were classic. The customer would get aprroved for a large car or possibly a minivan. We would say there were none available. We would put them in a small car then do a unit switch back to the beginning of the rental for the SUV or larger car. Again we would make more $$$ at our customers expense. The rental bill sent to the insurance company showed they were in a SUV from the beginning. The GM contact showed vin numbers. One manager in group 42 had a piece of paper on every Ralph terminal that had the unit number we were to use for Toyota and GM. This was to show on the rental agreement a GM or Toyota vin number. This was done while getting the Ford Focus washed up for the customer. The unit switch was done after the customer left. If somebody did not do this then the manager would photo copy the bill to send to the dealership. The photocopy would have another unit copied over the original so it would hide the actual vehicle that was used.

ERAC people are a joke. I have never seen such an unethical outfit in my life. The only enjoyment I had was with the car preps. They would put wheel cleaner in the engine instead of oil when they would check fluids. WE had a Mits. Montero that was rented once. The car preps took it go pick up another car. They were pounding the crap out of the SUV. They had it in 4 wheel low in 1st gear while doing 50 mph. They slammed it into reverse and managed to destroy the front and rear differentials along with the tranny. It was towed to the dealership who realised it was abused. Since keeping contracts open for calendar day billings this unit was still on contact. ERAC billed the customer for the damages. The vehicle was a total loss with parts and labor involved.

YOU MINDLESS RETARD!!!!! THIS IS WHAT I AM REFFERING TO WHEN I SAY THAT ERAC IS INVLOVED WITH FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR AND THIS IS WHAT I BLEW THE WHISTLE ON SHIT HEAD
This is such bullshit, really, get your facts straight! Any employee that would ever do this would be fired on the spot. Not only that all Branch managers are monitored by reports from GM and if they are not complying with GM fill rates, they are put on written probation that if it happened again under their watch, they'd be fired too. We can only lead them to water my man, we can't force them to drink. But when we catch em, we give em the ax.
