I think we rolled another group's car one time. It dropped from out of state and some MT rented it out. They did a unit pend and wrote the unit number onm the ticket so they had no idea and didn'r realize the unit number was different. We found out because they came to us and asked why the computer didn't recognize the unit number when they were trying to type it in after the guy had left. I think we were able to call the renter back and switch out. Not a big deal, but if the car had been wrecked, it would have surely turned into one.
