One thing you are forgetting, is that Scott made history in Tampa, he became an Area manager in THREE YEARS! He is obviously doing something right, maybe you should have tried to learn from him instead of pick him apart, maybe then YOU'D still be around! He can be straight forward, no doubt, but it's all business and when it comes to that, Hey, he gets it done! Outside of work he is pretty cool.
