Default Re: Drivers

I was an Area Manager and always looked after my drivers well - at least the ones that added value to the business and did their jobs in a competent manner. I recognised the value a good car prep could bring to my branches. I would shake their hands every time I met them, make sure they had all the equipment needed to do their jobs well, and always invited them to all area nights out.

If you were a driver in my area that regularly turned up late, had a piss poor attitude, looking like crap every day and failed to meet my expectations for car cleanliness then yes, I would not give you the time of day - this would be the case in any business anywhere in the world.

If you were a good one then it's a shame ERAC lost you...but then ERAC lost me because they failed to realise what I could provide to the business and treat me accordingly - it's not just the car preps mate.
