Rather than spending your time trying to reign in this site (which is obviously out of control with burnt-out, pissed-off, employees), why not use those college-educated, manipulative brains of yours to figure out a way to make your employees happier, so they don't have to use sites like these to vent their frustrations with the company. You can do a lot of things at ERAC, lie to customers that their car is not there, change prices on them without telling them (oh its the insurance companies fault), eat pizza the whole day, but never ever say anything against the company or even question some things. This company is full of BS. They promote people who can barely spell their name and leave other good ones out of the loop. They don't care a second about their people, all what matters is sell up, sell waiver and run tight. God what am I sick of these things...
