Good companies dont love it!

We allt ry to convince ourselves they do but truthfully we all know that deep down we look like rental monkeys that didnt sort out a job quick enough after college and got sucked into retail until something good came along.

Many other people will offer you jobs when they hear you work at ERAC but you shouldnt take any of them because they are usally sales or retail...basically ERAC in other industries...

My advice is quit...tell the future employer you travelled after college...and dont put erac on the resume! It will also hurt your chances of getting a good salary becasue ERAC pays chump change so they think they can hire you cheap too!
