Companies that actively recruit ERAC people know that they can offer you a "shit sandwich" that is a little tastier than the "turd burger" that you are used to chewing on.... and that to you it will be "much" better. It really is about perspective.

Think about it. Do the really respected Companies in the USA come knocking down doors for ERAC's best and brightest? From my experience it is other crappy sales positions, car dealers, etc.
