Look at it this way, you have to start somewhere. There are worse jobs out there than ERAC. Employers like to see ERAC on a resume because they know you are willing to walk through walls to get your job done, even if you aren't the highest CDW seller. They know about the training that ERAC provides and that it incorporates real life situations (hopefully). When looking for another job, take everything that ERAC says you are good at. Save MS01's, save stack ranking reports, print out CDW sales for a day you had particularly good sales for. Just don't be a job hopper, employers don't like that. ERAC is a shit company because they treat their people like yesterdays meatloaf, but it's not a bad place to start and get your experience.
