Well, this is not google but I will come back with the reality of what is happening to you now as it happened to all of us former eracer's. I, like all former rackers thought exactly as you do now...We all believed that we were going to be the next regional....The reason why you are an idiot is because people that have been there and done that are telling you, you are being fed a lie...Upper management has to sell you that idea because look at what you are doing for a living on a daily basis....Your daily duties absolutely suck. I am sure there are a FEW upper, upper managers that make a ton of dough, but the odds of you being one of them are slim to none...probably have a better chance of being struck by lightning and believe me the longer you work there you will hope that you do get struck by a bolt. Do you understand how many people have made it to elite, many people many times...Do you honestly believe you stand out because you have made a few elites. Don't you know by now that management knows that more than half of you good stats comes from working the system rather than selling. One question for you, why are you on this website trying to convince people you don't know that you are the next big thing at erac....You are fresh out of college and you are the one that has been sold, not the other way around. I give you this though, you have posted one of the funnier post in a while considering it sounds like you honestly believe what you say and also considering that we have all been in your shoes and we know that at some point you will wake up to the truth....The longer you're there the longer you are wasteing away.
