IF I were to work at ERAC today I would want to work in the Bus Mgt track. You can make some big $$ long term and be insulated from a lot of the turnover and headaches that the monkeys at the branches get. Most of the rental employees aren't smart enough to figure out if you are a genious or incompetent.

IF you get a chance to get to a L3 Regional or Group Bus Mgt position you will most likely be making 6 figures. Some of the Group Controllers who have been around for a while are making in the millions per year. Seriously. Most are probably making $200-$800K a year.

You will work 50+ hours a week and at a discount to what you might make elsewhere until you get to a L3 spot. My guess is that it might take you 5 years or more to get to 6 figures.
