The career path you mentioned is accurate. Starting at 32-35K....two years to supervisor gets you 45-55K....3 more years to Business Manager which starts you at about 75-85K. A year or two and you'll be over 100K. Controller and VP of Finance....up to 800K. What you're seeing and hearing about the career path is accurate.

Lastly, there actually is a lot of "accounting" involved. Yes it's internal, private industry accounting but the company still abides by GAAP principles and rules. Good luck...and let us know how it goes!

Uh, wasn't accounting funkiness one of the major contributors to Enterprise's decision to cancel their attempt to go public just a few years ago?
