Though these incidents you were mentioning were likely the straw that broke the camel's back so to speak, you must have had other incidents you are not mentioning that lead up to your dismissal. ERAC managers are trained in the concept of progressive discipline in which employees are given verbal warnings that progress to written warnings that eventually progress to termination. I believe it spells this out in black and white in the employee handbook.
