I remember I shared this same philosophy as you the day I grilled. I remember when an MT would quit, I would laugh because they obviously couldn't "hack it." I remember when I got promoted to Ass Manager I would brag to all of my buddies outside of ERAC that I'm in management, but they just didn't understand.

Look above, google talks about hanging out with buddies. What girl would say that? Let me answer that for you, NONE. A female would use different terminology when referring to a friend. They most certainly would not use "buddy." Bottom line, he's a male.
