I am actually the furthest thing from arrogant or condescending(if that doesn't sound arrogant as it is).....I just hate it when people bad mouth someone(especially behind their backs) because he was hard on them. Some people don't respond well to pressure or being put down and some do....that is just the type of person that I am...as far as ass kissing there was not a person who's ass was kissed by these lips because it was never needed due to performance......of course there were times when I did not perform as well and I took the criticism as it came but there was never a point in time when I kissed ass. If I appeared condescending and arrogant I apoligize. If he is not performing in NC then that is something he needs to work on but one of the reasons I left was because of the bullshit with non performers getting promoted.
