Very interesting. . .rates are going up. Wow. . .that is amazing that you know this! Last I checked, an increase in rates is common knowledge amongst homeowners across the U.S. I guess I should be impressed that you know this in that you are still living in your 2 bedroom apartment washing rigs. I heard that there is going to be an increase in DW to 15.99/day! Wow, I think ERAC is a bad choice considering that is going to be harder to earn some extra points.
