ERAC a cult? Just curious what other employees think? You spend every waking hour only with ERAC, spending spare time with them after hours (meet & greets, meetings, etc) and then giving up weekends etc? I sometimes personally feel isolated within the company's grasp and have a hard time getting to the quotas they set. That and, some other employees make the business feel like the gypsy arts. Dubs are a good idea for the most part, but I don't like pressuring someone on something that they 50% of the time don't actually need. I've only been with the company for a few months so maybe it's just growing pains but does anyone else feel this way? |
