Sorry about everyone giving you a hard time about your post. It's just "old news" to us that have been with ERAC for awhile and realized the cultishness a long time ago.

Yes. ERAC is a cult. Your eyes are being opened to the dark underbelly of the "awesome" job you have. Spend some time here, reading over posts. You'll find the same experiences with employees worldwide. It is really shocking the magnitude.

I warn you- once your eyes are opened-it is difficult to close them again.
