Congrats, Im on my way out too....look at the signs on the wall. Area managers are assholes and lazy. Branch managers are quitting and getting fired???!!!. Assistant managers are incompetent tools that are getting promoted too quickly because managers are leaving. Get out as soon as you can. The longer you stay at erac the more time you are wasting.
