ERAC health & safety violations ERAC in the uk is treading a very very dangerous path by ignoring at all levels the Health & Safety at work act 1974. contrary to what erac in the uk beleive, this act sets down various provisions that at the very least an employer MUST (not optional- this is the law!) do to safeguard all employee's and visitors from accidents at work. As anyone who works at ERAC will know, ERAC do nothing about health and saftey at work, it is only a matter of time before a serious incident occurs, and an individual and their family are left paying for the negligence of a huge multi-national company. As well as a civil claim against ERAC for any loss/injury suffered, the Health & saftey Executive would investigate any breach of regulations, and where appropriate UNLIMITED FINES (this is the only bit senior management will take notice of) can be imposed, historically large companies are the subject of very high levels of fines being imposed.
