I don't recall saying it was illegal.
It is more of a slander/libel isssue. While it is the "opinion" of this person it is very directed statement esp. since he used the guys name. I try to be careful on the open topics when I am posting people who work for ERACs name. I usually use the initals to guard myself.

This guy is also making a claim that this C.Carr guy is doing something illegal.
---- I dunno.. just leave the door pretty wide open if this C.Carr guys were to get his panties in a bunch..
