I can't imagine any good coming from this right now. Their attorney and my attorney and I have occasional private e-mail and telephone conversations. Rarely does somebody get everything they want out of these conversations, but I think it's useful keep the lines of communication open. It's sort of like having a private diplomatic backchannel through which things could be negotiated away from the public.
I'm a reasonable guy and I want to ensure Enteprise can contact me safely whenever they want. Therefore, for now, I'm going to respect our relationship by keeping it private.
