Speaking of Illegal, why if I work 50 hrs one weekthats 6 Over Time Hours at time and half and then the next week because of the "holiday" day I only work 40 hrs. My paycheque shows my then overtime as only 2. Is it legal for them to average my two weeks and thats what I get for overtime??
