Not going to happen:
1. I don't reveal any information to anyone, particularly Enterprise.
2. They'd have to get a court order, which would be very difficult. The case law is really on our side for this.
3. I'd fight it and make the fight very public; they'd never want the public embarrassment and free publicity for Failing Enterprise.
Coming after Failing Enterprise in this way would be a major losing proposition for them, and a major victory for us. They'd be stupid to try.
