JeahHo: Wow, a simple congratulations would have been enough. I don't see why you are putting me down. Let me be the bigger person here and try to see if from your point of view. You are absolutely right in claiming that a person shouldn't be able to walk into a position while others have to get promoted into them. That is a valid argument. What you fail to realize though, as was mentioned earlier, is that some individuals are actually more qualified than others and can, given their educational background and work experience, walk right out of college into a management position.

I can honestly say that I got what I came for out of this website. I almost took the job with enterprise, but thanks to this site, I believe I've made the correct decision and joined Hertz. Both my bosses are great and I consider myself lucky to have found a job so quickly out of school given the current job market.
