I have heard about this site, very interesting comments. I worked for ERAC for 8 years, with some success, I might add. What makes me laugh is that most of you who complain have absolutely no clue what it takes to make it in business. Most of you who have negative comments have the work ethic of a Texaco Star Mart employee. Your committment to be the best is non-existent.

You sell poorly for three months and someone takes you to lunch. I have three bad months and I am fired...very different, but you really dont have the maturity or frame of reference to understand this. I hate to tell you, but if you cannot sell a $15.00 product or figure out how to sell someone an upgrade with limited inventory, then you will never make it as a salesperson in the real world of business. You think it would be so much better, and you would work such less hours, but you are confused. If you think I work less hours now or have it easier, again, you are confused.

You are all grown adults that went to college and fought through 3 interviews to get your current position. To those of you who whine, complain about your job, bitch about the hours, you would be eaten in the real world, I pity you. I wish the best to the GP45'ers who work hard, take responsibility for their actions, and compete to be the best every day. For most of those that post on this site, it is ok that you will never be better than you are right now. It is very difficult to get to the top, or be in the top tier, I get that. You are a great asset to this country, you spend money on your credit cards, you vote, you spend $4 on a coffee 4 times a week. Congratulations, you are average.
