How can anyone who has ever worked for another company or boss EVER say that Ann or KJ, or anyone at ERAC is a bad manager? Sure, people have faults and bad days like the rest of us, but you really should lighten up and consider what your limited view of the everyday workworld is...

Those of you who had a bad experience, well, then this isn't the company for you. Obviously, there is a "type" that does well at ERAC and this is just how Andy T wants it - it's his company, his vision, he can get what he wants so the rest of you bugger off. It works, and works well.

Go off and work for a pharmaceutical company as a sales rep, or Oracle, or IBM, or Caterpillar, or BMW, or wherever and then I beg you to tell me that those managers have a single care about your career and development as a professional. They care about one thing - $$$. Sure, ERAC managers like $$$ - that is why we are here! But my god...you really don't understand, do you? You will.

But for heaven's sake, please realize how silly you sound coming back HERE of all places and ranting about how you just simply SUCKED at what you did at ERAC, but want to blame Ann Dedman for your failure.

Suck it up - mature a little, then you'll see how stupid you sound and will get on with your life.
