This guy is the exact reason why it sucks to work at ERAC. I'm sure if he was lending a complete stranger a car and they had an unsecured form of payment...he'd want some frickin' information. Were giving you a car, not a video!!! To my knowledge, you can't even use a debit card at your local blockbuster to start up an account. I'm sure he's exageratting about the condition of the car too since he's right on track about the underwriting procedures of a debit card. Oh wait, underwriting might be too big of a word for you so I'll break it down...it is what we do to qualify you to a rent a car. Just remember, we don't owe you a car, we don't have to rent you a car, it is a privilage to rent a car. Also, you should be glad they had 2 cars to choose from, cause you probably didnt have a res, and it probably never occured in your egotistical world, that mabey, just mabey, a few other people might be in your same situation and need a car also.
To be honest, I'm glad you were dissatisfied and hopefully you will never come back. It will be funny beacuse like the above poster said...you probably cant even rent a car at Avis with a debit card, and you'll probably have to rent from ERAC again, and it will kill you inside. I hope that they are sold out or give you a kia rio with 41000 mi on it that smells like a wet dog mixed with b.o. from a 300 pound man that sweated in it for 5 hours on the way to vegas. When you have a legitimate compliaint, let us know and I'm sure we can work something out. And as far as your hate mail... we pay a paper shredding company alot of money and I'm sure your letters will find thier way into the box faster than I can say "I just don't give a fuck!"
