True the job is not hard but when WORTHLESS segments of management take advantage of employees a line must be drawn and this is the line like IT OR NOT LEVEL III PRETENDER! That 125,000 you make vs. that mt he who works 70hrs a week to make 28k do you see a problem--besides a cm is just a part-meddler!
