I used to work with Bartimac when he first started. He was promoted by the fact that we was willing to go whereever. He has moved around quite a bit. He has his good and bad points, but I've seen reports as of last month and he one of the bottom five area managers in GP53. I think when people get promoted so quickly - they probably aren't ready for that level III position within 4 years, but thats ERAC... shit rises to the top.
