Slave no more strikes again- you're always one or two steps behind. If you actually worked for enterprise, you heard someone at some point say that they wanted to reservate a car. If you didn't, you weren't paying attention- or, you worked in some sort of crazy high education zone, of which there are none to my knowledge in North Carolina. Inevitably, this person probably wanted to reservate a Maxima or a Camry after he was told he needed a major credit card to rent a large suv. "Yeah, I have a credit card, it's a visa," says the customer. You know the routine- the card is actually a debit card but they use it as credit at the 7-11, so you spend the next 25 minutes trying to explain the difference between credit, "which you sir, can't possibly have earned," and debit "which we may be able to do from your account if we both are very lucky." P.S.- if there is a manager who calls himself the reservator, he is way too cheesy even for ERAC- and that is almost impossible.
